Starting as a personal trainer, he expanded his expertise to include breath work, cold exposure, and mobility training alongside traditional methods. His philosophy, “Modify Don’t Miss,” emphasises a non-restrictive approach to health, allowing enjoyment of life while achieving sustainable results. Jackson’s experience also extends to coaching, and he plans to focus on wellbeing management post-rugby to support young and part-time athletes.
