A couple of months ago now I hurt my lower back, I felt it happening but just continued on best I could exercising, little did I know I was probably making it worse, then one Monday morning it happened, my lower back was spasming and I was in so much pain, flat out moving let alone walking. I was taking pain medication for 3 days to just move around. This was when I reached out to Jackson Gibbons and he got me on the path to recovery, setting me up with a rehab plan, mobility, stretch and strength focused.
Jack checked in regularly to see how I was going and to be honest I struggled with time but I trusted Jack and the program as I needed to get back on track.
The app is great and the videos continually reminded me of how I needed to complete the exercises correctly. I am back on track and feeling pretty good and move with no back pain. changes I have made for me were easy, 1 get up earlier and do my own warm up with stretches and strength exercises before I leave for the gym and 2 mobility with Tash Price a minimum of once a week.
